The legal terms governing registration, membership, emergency coordination, premium deposits, refunds, and service limitations for Panic Support.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for or using Panic Support services.

By registering as a member, user, client, or by using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms govern all services provided by Panic Support.

Nature of Service

Panic Support provides emergency assistance coordination and support services only.

We are not a hospital, medical institution, ambulance owner, police authority, insurance company, or healthcare provider.

Our services are limited to:

  • coordinating emergency support
  • attempting to reach the user's location
  • coordinating ambulance support
  • informing family and friends via WhatsApp
  • assisting in hospital registration and backend formalities
  • coordinating with police authorities when required
  • supporting the user during emergency admission processes

Panic Support acts strictly as a facilitation and support service provider.

Panic Support Service Overview

Panic Support helps you during emergencies by arranging quick assistance and transport to the hospital.

We do not provide medical advice or medical treatment.

We are not a medical service provider.

Our service helps you get support at your location and arrange transportation, such as an ambulance or vehicle, to reach a hospital safely and quickly.

You can choose from plans for individuals, couples, or families.

In emergency situations, we make sure you are not alone and help you reach the right place on time.

Panic Support is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Estimated Response Time

Panic Support aims to:

  • reach the user's location in approximately 10 minutes
  • coordinate ambulance arrival within approximately 15 minutes

These timelines are estimated only and are not guaranteed.

Actual response time may vary due to:

  • traffic
  • weather conditions
  • public holidays
  • location accessibility
  • ambulance availability
  • staff availability
  • local law and order conditions
  • force majeure events
  • government restrictions

Panic Support shall not be liable for any delay whatsoever.

Service Activation Period

Upon successful registration and payment, services shall not start immediately.

The user expressly agrees that Panic Support may require up to 15 working days from the date of registration for activation of services.

This activation period is required for smooth emergency coordination, including:

  • coordination with selected preferred private hospitals
  • collection of hospital admission protocols
  • verification of emergency contacts
  • coordination with ambulance service providers
  • collection of required contact numbers and response details
  • backend workflow setup

The user agrees that Panic Support shall not be responsible for any emergency event occurring during this activation period.

Services shall be considered active only after confirmation is communicated by Panic Support through WhatsApp, call, SMS, email, or app notification.

Hospital Selection Policy

At the time of registration, the user may select up to two preferred private hospitals only within a radius of 5 kilometers from the registered address.

In exceptional circumstances, hospital selection may be permitted within 7 kilometers, subject to company approval.

Government hospitals, municipal hospitals, charitable hospitals, trust hospitals, or any hospital not specifically approved by Panic Support shall not be accepted.

Panic Support reserves the sole and absolute right to approve, reject, or modify the selected hospital based on operational feasibility.

In case the selected hospital is unable to support admission, emergency response, or required treatment, Panic Support shall have the unrestricted right to take the user to any other approved private hospital.

The final decision regarding hospital selection during an emergency shall rest solely with Panic Support and the emergency response team.

The user shall have no claim, objection, or legal dispute regarding hospital selection.

Family / Relative Notification

Upon SOS activation, Panic Support may inform the user's nominated contacts through:

  • WhatsApp
  • phone call
  • SMS
  • other available means

Panic Support shall not be liable if:

  • message delivery fails
  • numbers are incorrect
  • WhatsApp service is unavailable
  • the contact person is unreachable

Police Intimation

The user must provide details of the relevant jurisdiction police station.

If Panic Support believes that the situation requires police intimation, including accident, suspicious circumstances, criminal concern, death, or public safety issues, the company reserves the right to inform the concerned police station.

The company's decision in this regard shall be final.

Standard Plan Charges

Annual Membership Charges

  • Individual: ₹475 per year
  • Couple: ₹850 per year
  • Family of 4: ₹1600 per year

These charges are annual membership charges and are non-refundable once paid.

These charges cover only coordination and emergency support facilitation.

The following costs are not included:

  • ambulance charges
  • representative visit charges
  • hospital admission charges
  • medical treatment costs
  • medicines
  • diagnostic tests
  • police/legal expenses

These charges must be paid directly by the user.

Premium Plan / One-Time Refundable Security Deposit

Users may upgrade to the Premium Plan by paying a one-time interest-free refundable security deposit.

This is a one-time deposit only and shall not be treated as an annual recurring amount.

Security Deposit Amount

  • Individual: ₹1,800
  • Couple: ₹2,950
  • Family (up to 4 members): ₹4,450

Under the Premium Plan:

  • Panic Support shall bear the ambulance charges
  • Panic Support shall bear the representative visit charges
  • unlimited emergency usage shall be permitted during the membership validity period

The security deposit shall remain locked for a minimum period of 365 days from the date of activation of services.

No refund request shall be accepted before completion of 365 days under any circumstances whatsoever.

Refund eligibility shall arise only after successful completion of the lock-in period of 365 days and subject to:

  • no pending dues
  • no fraud or misuse
  • no third-party claims
  • successful account verification
  • valid refund request submission

Panic Support reserves the absolute right to deduct any unpaid dues, vendor liabilities, penalties, misuse charges, fraud-related losses, or third-party claims before processing the refund.

Refund Processing Timeline

Upon approval of the refund request, the refundable security deposit amount shall be processed and refunded within 7 working days.

The refund shall be made through the original payment mode, bank transfer, UPI, or any other mode deemed appropriate by Panic Support.

The deposit is strictly interest-free, and no interest, compensation, damages, or additional amount shall be payable for the lock-in period or processing time.

Nominee Refund in Case of Death

In the unfortunate event of the death of the registered user/member, the refundable security deposit amount, if applicable and subject to eligibility under these Terms, shall be refunded to the nominee selected and registered by the user.

The nominee refund shall be processed only upon submission and verification of:

  • death certificate
  • identity proof of nominee
  • bank / UPI details of nominee
  • any additional documents reasonably required

Upon successful verification, the refundable amount shall be processed within 7 working days.

If no nominee is registered, or if nominee details are incomplete, incorrect, disputed, or unverifiable, Panic Support reserves the right to keep the refund on hold until valid legal heir documents, succession certificate, probate, or court-approved documentation is submitted.

Panic Support shall not be liable for any dispute among family members, legal heirs, or third parties.

The company's decision regarding document sufficiency and refund release shall be final and binding.

Medical History & Insurance Details

The user may upload:

  • medical history
  • allergies
  • prescriptions
  • insurance details
  • emergency contact details

The user is solely responsible for ensuring that the information is correct and updated.

Panic Support shall not be liable for:

  • incorrect data
  • outdated medical records
  • wrong insurance details
  • rejection by hospital or insurer

Such information may be shared with hospitals, ambulance staff, or authorities only when required during an emergency.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Panic Support, its directors, employees, representatives, staff, vendors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

  • direct loss
  • indirect loss
  • delay
  • injury
  • disability
  • death
  • treatment negligence
  • hospital negligence
  • insurance rejection
  • mental distress
  • consequential damages

Our total liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the amount paid by the user towards membership charges only.

Third-Party Disclaimer

Ambulance providers, hospitals, doctors, nursing staff, police authorities, and all other external service providers are independent third parties.

They shall not be considered employees, agents, or representatives of Panic Support.

Panic Support shall not be responsible for their acts, omissions, negligence, delays, or service quality.

Right to Suspend or Terminate

Panic Support reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership without prior notice in case of:

  • false information
  • prank SOS alerts
  • misuse of services
  • abusive conduct
  • fraud
  • non-payment
  • policy violation

Refund may be withheld in such cases.

Force Majeure

Panic Support shall not be liable for any service failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • natural disasters
  • floods
  • riots
  • strikes
  • lockdowns
  • internet failure
  • government restrictions
  • pandemic
  • war
  • civil unrest

Company Decision Final

In all matters relating to emergency response, hospital coordination, refunds, membership, activation, and operational decisions, the decision of Panic Support shall be final, binding, and non-disputable.

No verbal assurance by any staff member, representative, or third party shall override these written Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes, claims, legal proceedings, or matters arising from the use of the website, app, payments, membership, refund, or services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.

The user expressly waives any objection to such jurisdiction.
